Throughout the session, participants engage with a rich sensory landscape from the grounding rhythms of traditional instruments to nature sounds and alpha wave frequencies that promote calm, clarity, and balance.
Breath-led movement, guided meditation, and vibrational music (including live Ragas and sound baths) are integrated to awaken inner energy and support mental clarity.
